About Us
We’re a pre-seed stage tech startup building AI-native Agents that solve real-world business problems for the investment management industry. Our small, cross-functional team moves quickly—experimenting with new AI frameworks, iterating on user feedback, and shipping features end-to-end. As our summer intern, you’ll own critical elements of our client service and onboarding programs, and marketing/content development. Learn more about us here.
What You'll Do
Onboard & Curate Client Content
Utilize AI to help ingest, transform, and tag customer data into our “Vault” for high-quality RFP and DDQ responses via Claude CoWork, CoWork Skills, and related AdviserGPT technology. Provide a white glove content onboarding and training service to our first 25+ clients while developing onboarding automation along the way. Look for ways to help our clients improve their content vaults and related response and drafts generation.
Design & Build Training and Onboarding at the Edge of AI
Architect and implement training materials in our web application and plug-ins utilizing AI so that our users efficiently learn how to intuitively use our web application and plug-ins.
Take Ownership over Prototyping & Exploring New AI Tools
Research emerging tools, AI applications, or model capabilities—build quick demos to evaluate fit and deliver internal tools that streamline client and internal workflows. Take our advisergpt.ai website to the next level by adding more comprehensive Product, Solutions, and Resources content while emphasizing what makes us different.
Collaborate & Iterate to Take Projects from 0 to 1
Work alongside our founding team to refine requirements and deliver polished client service, onboarding, and training features as we grow from 20 to 50+ clients.
Debug & Maintain - if you have a product interest
Troubleshoot and test issues in staging and production, write clear bug reports for our engineers to resolve, and apply your AI knowledge to forming new client solutions to common investment management workflows. Bring a ‘customer-first’ and ‘AI-first’ mindset each day to bug fixing and improvements that will delight users.
What We're Looking For
College or MBA student with a relevant focus/major who is confident in their communication skills and eager to engage in client interaction.
Familiar with Agentic AI, LLMs such as Claude CoWork and Gemini, and modern web frameworks, and eager to test new releases and technologies.
Comfortable using modern software applications and LLMs for content creation, design, and more.
Strong problem-solving skills and an appetite for fast iteration.
Excellent communication—able to explain complex ideas simply.
